Everyday Omega Minis

This is a great daily omega supplement! I have taken omega supplements that have a “fishy” aftertaste this does not. Two simple small capsules is all you need to get 720mg of omega 3 and 25mg of vitamin D is also included. After taking this for several week I have noted that my skin is healthier looking, my joints feel better and recover faster post workout, and my mood has improved. Overall 10/10 recommend.

*OceanBlue Omega gave me this free product to try. Overall, very happy with this product. The retail price is on par with substitute supplements, if not slightly less. The size of the soft-gels are much easier to swallow than typical large fish oil capsules. Typically, I take all of my supplements at a single time so the smaller form makes the task much more comfortable. I have no fishy taste or “fish burps” to report. I did not taste the orange flavor at all, but there also was no poor taste to be reported. Very easy supplement to take daily and incorporate into routine. The only thing I would like added to the product is the ratio or amounts of DHA and EPA in a serving. For fish oil it is important to me that I get the right dosages of both. Perhaps this information is available, I even tried the QR code on the packaging, but I could not find it easily. The packaging is nice, makes me feel… happy? I suppose? I appreciate the label disclosures too. Cant complain, 5 stars.

I am almost 48 years old and over the years I have noticed, occasionally having difficulty in coming up with a specific word. It was to the point where I started to get concerned. I would be in the middle of a sentance and want to use a specific word but would not be able to think of it. It was usually some simple word that just escaped my mind. Now I have been taking Omega-3 Fish Oil for over a month now and I have to say I have seen an improvement! I have a much easier time with that now and the only real change has been adding OceanBlue to my day.

Now I can't say it made me smarter or a smooth talker, but it did help me get back some function I thought I was losing for good.

OceanBlue has a very clean and simple product. The pills are very easy to swallow thanks to their size and shape. Other brands can be in the form of a giant cow bolus that is very difficult to swallow.

My only concern with these is that they are a little pricier. If you have issues with larger pills though, these may well be worth it.
